Dadurch wird sie direkt mit der IT-Plattform verbunden, \u00fcber die die Meldung eingereicht werden kann.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr den Empfang und die Verwaltung der Meldungen hat der Verwaltungsrat Frau Dr. Nicoletta Scavini als Beauftragte ernannt.<\/p><p>Die Beauftragte f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung der Meldungen ist verpflichtet, Folgendes zu beachten:<\/p><ul><li>die Zul\u00e4ssigkeit der Meldung anhand ihrer wesentlichen Anforderungen zu pr\u00fcfen;<\/li><li>falls die Meldung nicht ausreichend detailliert ist, den Hinweisgeber um zus\u00e4tzliche Informationen zu bitten;<\/li><li>h\u00f6chste Vertraulichkeit in Bezug auf die Identit\u00e4t des Hinweisgebers und den Inhalt der Meldung zu wahren;<\/li><li>innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Eingang der Meldung eine Empfangsbest\u00e4tigung an den Hinweisgeber zu senden;<\/li><li>einen kontinuierlichen Dialog mit dem Hinweisgeber aufrechtzuerhalten;<\/li><li>die erhaltene Meldung angemessen zu bearbeiten, die erforderlichen Pr\u00fcfungen durchzuf\u00fchren und m\u00f6gliche Ma\u00dfnahmen zu bewerten;<\/li><li>dem Hinweisgeber eine R\u00fcckmeldung zu geben.<\/li><\/ul><p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu dieser Mitteilung stellt das Unternehmen eine <a href=\"https:\/\/savimeurope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/policy-regolamento.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Richtlinie\/Vorschrift<\/strong><\/a> f\u00fcr die Einreichung von Meldungen sowie die Datenschutzrichtlinie zur Verf\u00fcgung, die direkt \u00fcber die Plattform beim Einreichen einer Meldung heruntergeladen werden
