WHISTLEBLOWING

In compliance with the provisions of the new legislation on the protection of whistleblowers (whistleblowing), SAVIM has decided to adopt an information platform for the reception and management of reports.

Anyone wishing to submit a report, either in written or oral form, including anonymously, can do so by accessing the website https://private.mygovernance.it/mywhistleblowing/savim/79924, which directly connects to the IT platform for submitting reports.

For the reception and management of the reports, the Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Nicoletta Scavini as the designated Manager.

The manager of the reports is required to observe the following:

1) assess the admissibility of the report by verifying the presence of its essential requirements;

2) if the report is not sufficiently detailed, ask the reporter for additional information;

3) maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting party and the contents of the report;

4) issue an acknowledgment of receipt to the reporter within 7 days of receiving the report;

5) maintain a dialogue with the reporter;

6) properly follow up on the report received by conducting the necessary investigations and evaluating any actions to be taken;

7) provide feedback to the reporting party.

In addition to this press release, the Company provides a policy/regulation for submitting reports and the Privacy Policy, both of which can be downloaded directly from the platform (when sending in a report).
